SERVPROP

SERVPROP is a London serviced apartment company owned by a venture capitalist. They are solely interested in ethical investments renting many properties to help fix up the buildings and gentrify the area. It started as another company, much larger with over 100 privately rented apartments. This was very tiresome to maintain all of the leases with private landlords as well as deal with the many short-term leisure rentals. In my role as a marketer we began rethinking the structure of the company. We started to look for corporate clients who would book longer stays and more apartments at once.

This was how SERVPROP began. Since the transition, the company has downsized to about 20 apartments taking on partnerships with other serviced apartment companies in London making it stronger and more accessible. This project is still a work in progress as we have just completed the initial WordPress site with many more apartments on the way. This site stands out for its simplicity and ease of use.
